We have been on every major island in Hawaii except Molokai, whats to do there beyond lying on the beach?

Were going back for our 7th trip there and have seen a lot, however this time we will spend 4 days on Oahu, a week on Maui, then take the ferry to Molokai. How much time should we spend there and what is there to do except go down to F. Damiens camp and museum? Would like some advice thanks!
